Culloden House Wedding
A house full of history in Inverness
Culloden House, with its rich history and beautiful gardens, offered an idyllic setting for Rosie and Luke’s wedding.
Rosie and Luke gathered together their nearest and dearest from the four corners of the planet to celebrate their wedding. A small wedding but perfectly formed to create the day that the couple wanted.
Culloden House and it’s gardens provided the perfect backdrop for this small wedding, the gardens starting to bloom, the sun out and the warmth of Culloden House.
The Bonnie Prince Charlie room was the stage for the registrar held wedding ceremony, an American film team on site completing other workds for the owners joined in and captured the couples moments as they exchanged vows.
Culloden House is one of those venues that feels like a home from home, and this carries on into weddings. Ceremony completed, Rosie and Luke along with the guests moved through to the bar and enjoyed a mini drinks reception prior to us cracking through the group shots and then it was off to play in the walled garden for the couple only images.
The walled garden is secluded and can be locked off from other guests whilst we capture some quick couple only images. Not in full bloom just yet as it’s early in Spring but colours are starting to pop along with the trees.
This is a very quick look into the couple of hours I spent with them on their day.
